Welcome to Elevated Technologies LLC and our Scale Your Salary program. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the program, as they affect your legal rights and obligations.

The program is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Elevated Technologies LLC does not warrant that the program will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness, or reliability of any material on the program.



8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elevated Technologies LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of and access to the program; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms.



9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree that any legal action related to the program will be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

Elevated Technologies LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes as required by law.
